Prices

The prices payable for the products that you order are clearly set out in the website. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item concerned. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order. The delivery rates are displayed elsewhere on the website.

Payments

Payments should be made at the time of ordering and can be made by all major credit, Debit and American Express cards. We charge a delivery fee of £3.50 within the UK for orders under £50. Orders of £50 or more carry no delivery charge. International orders will incur an additional postal charge, which you will be advised of at the time of ordering.

Right to Cancel

As the customer you have the right to change your mind and cancel an order within 7 working days of making the order. If you wish to cancel within the 7 working days you must inform us by email within this time frame and simply return the goods in the same condition to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the goods. As you the customer will have paid in advance, Wedding Bells must refund your money within 30 days. Unfortunately we cannot refund courier or postage charges already incurred. You will be responsible for returning the products to us at your own cost.

Governing Law

Your use of this website and any purchase by you on this website will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom. All legal and contractual matters, disputes, interpretations or otherwise, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, Laws and Courts of England.
